Job Title: VR ARCADE GAME ROOM ATTENDANT

Trendy VR World is a newly established virtual reality gaming arcade. Our front desk attendant is the first person our customers encounter. Therefore, this person will have to possess excellent customer service skills and assure hat all customers have a positive and welcoming experience. We're seeking highly motivated, friendly and energetic people to join our team. The ideal candidate will have positive energy and enjoys engaging with customers; answering questions related to gaming and being proactive to help.
Resposibilities and Duties
~ Enthusiastically greet and welcome our guests into the arcade
~ Guide our guests through their game rental and concession purchase
~ Collect payments for experience purchase; ensure ALL guest sign a waiver before entering
~ Stock and manage concession inventory
~ Play games in our V.R library to learn key details that help us better serve our customers
~ Set up/breakdown party room and assist customers with ongoing event as needed
~ Sanitize equipment after each use
~ General cleaning around the arcade; including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom duties, stocking supplies, take out trash, etc.
Qualifications
~ Minimum age 21 years and up, with pervious experience in customer service (entertainment/retail)
~ Must be excessively friendly and communicates effectively with customers; including adults and children. Providing relevant quest information with a smile and a positive attitude.
~ Exceptional front-line guest experience skills. Must be outgoing, organized, motivated and flexible
~ Must be comfortable taking feedback from management and use it to provide a better customer experience in the future
Skills
~ Must be interested in gaming (Should have PlayStation and PC Games experience); and have knowledge of Microsoft.
~ Strong communications, work ethic, highly motivated, dependable, positive energy and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Bonus - Experience working with VR equipment, working with windows operating system and steam.
Shift: This is a part time postion. Mainly evenings and weekends.
Compensation: Negotiable
